Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Frontend Development: Implement responsive UI components using JSP, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, and develop efficient queries for MongoDB.
• Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code by writing unit and integration tests, and performing code reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver features and enhancements.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in web applications.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of application design and codebase.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve skills and methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Frontend Skills:
• Strong experience with JSP, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Database Skills:
• Extensive experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
• Knowledge of SQL databases is a plus.
• Additional Skills:
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or frontend technologies.
• Experience: Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
